CREDIT/SALES POLICY for North America only First order: Apart from pre-approved accounts all invoices will be paid on a C.O.D. (Cash, prepaid or certified check) basis. Pickup orders: All orders placed by noon will be available for pickup the next day. Please allow 24 business hours before you pickup your orders. Shipping charges: Toolway® will pay shipping for orders within the following ranges: Orders over $500.00* and ship to Great Toronto Area; Orders over $750.00* and ship to Ontario; Orders over $1000.00* and ship to Alberta, Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nunavut; Orders over $1500,00* and ship to British Columbia, Labrador, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Yukon Territories. * Total amount before tax. Minimum order: $150.00 Credit application: Any applications for credit must be in writing and must include all the following information: • A minimum of three business references that are located within North America • At least one bank reference • Full legal name of corporation and a list of all the names that the corporations operates with • Full address and telephone numbers of head office and warehouse • Full name of the corporation’s president and names of personnel that are authorized to make purchases • The amount of credit request • Terms requested • If the company is a proprietorship, we will also need the Social Insurance Number of the owner of the company We also require that the application is accompanied by a purchase order. Any orders that are received during the application process will only be accepted on a C.O.D. basis. It should be noted that an application can take up to one month to process and therefore it is not a good idea to include items on the purchase order that are needed in a short time. Cancellation of credit line: Toolway® reserves the right to cancel, reduce, change or increase a credit line at any time without notice. Increasing an established line of credit: any request for a change in the amount of credit must be in writing and will initiate a further credit check. As with the original credit check, upwards of one month or more must be allowed for processing the request. Incidental charges: A 2% interest charge will be applied monthly on any late payments. A $20 charge will be applied on any N.S.F. checks. Ownership: Toolway® will remain the sole owner and titleholder of all merchandise until full payment has been received and credited in our bank. Limited liability: Toolway® will not accept any liability for incidental or consequential losses to the customer incurred by the purchaser losing the use of one or more of our products due to late or cancelled shipments.

AFTER SALES SERVICE for North America only Warranty: All products are warranted as suitable for the service intended. Items found defective in material or workmanship shall be replaced/repaired at the option of Toolway Industries Ltd. For more information regarding our warranty policy call 1-800-705-4454 or visit www.toolway.com. Return and Exchange: No goods may be returned without authorization from Toolway Industries Ltd. To return a product for repair or replacement, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Items sent to our repair facility without an RMA# will be refused at the sender’s expense. To obtain a RMA#, you must contact our Customer Service at 1-800-705-4454 or 905-326-5450(G.T.A. area), or send mail to: Toolway Industries Ltd. 31 Conair Parkway, Woodbridge, Ontario L4H 0S4 along with your proof of purchase.
