Shipping Policy
Orders are sent out within the next 5 business days (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays. We ship to all provinces. Please note that the shipping and billing addresses must be valid addresses (PO boxes are not accepted).

Checking the Status of Your Order
If you wish to check the status of your order, you can do so by logging into your account on our web site. Once you have entered your username and password, click on "Order History". The status of your order should be shown for the order in question. If there are any questions, please e-mail us at shipping@toolway.com. We will make every effort to respond to your e-mail no later than the next business day.
Changing / Cancelling Your Order
If you need to only change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at 1-800-705-4454. Orders that have been shipped and are in transit cannot be changed or cancelled.
Modifying Your Contact Information & Preferences
If you would like to change and/or update your personal information on file with us, go to the Login Screen. Once you have entered your username and password, click on "My Profile". Once you are in that screen, you will be able to edit all of your contact information and your password.
Add or Change Your Shipping Address(-es)
You can add secondary shipping information or change your primary shipping information by changing it during your order.
