Orders over $750.00 will have a *maximum freight allowance 7% of order value. • Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Quebec. Orders over $1000.00 will have a * maximum freight allowance 7% of order value. • British Columbia, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick. Orders over $1500.00 will have a * maximum freight allowance 7% of order value. • Labrador, Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Prince Edward Island, Nunavut. Freight added with 7% * maximum freight allowance. PICK UP: • Minimum order $150.00. • A fee of $5.00 will be applied on any order under $150.00. • Pick Up Orders will be available 4h after order confirmation has been sent. • A fee of $10.00 will be applied on any rush order to be picked up within 2h. • Orders not picked up within 48h will be shipped at customer’s expense. • Orders must be paid no later than: May 1 st , 2022. • Minimum order: $200.00 before taxes. Early payment discounts: • Before Dec 13, 2021... less 2% • Before Feb 28, 2022... less 1.5% • Before March 14, 2022... less 1% • Booking Must Be In Place By Nov 30, 2021 EXAMPLE: Order total is $800.00 Cost of freight is $95.00 Toolway will pay 7% = $56.00 To be paid by Customer $39.00 BACKORDERS: • All backorders under $100.00 will automatically be cancelled unless otherwise requested. DAMAGES: • While receiving your order. It is absolutely critical that the order is inspected for damage - discrepancies. Any damage MUST be advised within 48h of receipt. • Damages incurred during shipping which are not noted on the waybill will NOT qualify for a credit. • If the cost of freight exceeds 7% of the shippable value before taxes, the customer will pay the difference. • Toolway will prepay the freight and charge the difference on the invoice.
