2021 OVERVIEW The Covid 19 Virus has caused significant disruption to the 2021 season. Our apologies for the loss of sales and inconvenience this may have caused you and your customers. Despite this, sales over the last 12 months on Lawn and Garden products are significantly up and we are very grateful and thank you for your Support. Toolway Industries imports products from many different countries as well as purchases products made right here at home. This pandemic has caused some supply difficulties of certain products. Each country has been affected in different degrees of pain from the virus and this has resulted in delays and shortages in the supply and shipping of certain products. Lead times have moved from 120 days to as far out as 300 days in certain categories so alternatively we are searching out new relationships and opportunities. On a very positive note, we are pleased to announce that we are opening up a second Toolway Distribution Centre in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia this Fall to better service our Eastern Canada customers. This will speed up the order and delivery service dramatically. Stay tuned for more details coming soon. A NOTE ABOUT OUR PRICES It is no secret that businesses around the globe are facing an unprecedented number of cost pressures that are occurring simultaneously. We have seen a dramatic increase in the costs of raw materials, freight/transportation, packaging costs in addition to the added pressures in the labor force. Unfortunately, this volatility in the supply chain has left us with no other option but to increase our prices accordingly. Who knows where the supply chain costs will land in the next six months, therefore, we reserve the right to adjust our pricing and are subject to change without notice.
