Pallet Policy


A lack of pallet availability and rising pallet prices add to the stress of an already squeezed supply chains. Pallet costs are up, due to several factors, including high demand and rising lumber costs. The price of pallets in this case has almost tripled.

To minimize this impact on the merchandise price, we will now provide 2 options:

1. Open a CHEP account and you can contact them at 514-745-2437. Advise your Chep account #______________.
2. A $10 per pallet charge will be added to every bill based on the number of pallets required to fulfill your order. Pallets can be returned at the customers expense, up to 90 days from the time of shipment for a full refund of the pallet charge.

We understand the impact of this measure but as soon as The Wood Market stabilizes, we will be very happy to review this procedure.
