Return Policy


Thank you for purchasing our products.

Toolway is committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. A one-year Limited Warranty applies to all Toolway Branded products.  This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Toolway will repair or replace products or parts that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance at no charge.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage NOT resulting from defects in material or workmanship such as; failure owing to misuse, incorrect assembly, abuse or normal wear and tear.

Warranty returns must be authorized by Toolway Industries Customer Support. For approved returns, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued and will contain transport instructions.


Toolway will accept goods within 60 days of purchase provided they are in original packaging and new sellable condition. Items with stickers, price labels, packaging defects or items which have been altered in any way will not be eligible for credit.

The returned goods must be accompanied by an approved RMA number from Toolway.

Discontinued items or special ordered items are not eligible for return.  

The account will be credited the last purchase price paid.

All returned goods that were sent in error, over-shipped, or defective will be returned prepaid. All other RMA’s are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge and must be shipped at customers expense.  If the goods were originally sent as a result of a Toolway error or if the goods are determined to be defective, the prepaid delivery instructions will be provided with the RMA.
