Q. Does Toolway sell directly to the public?
A. Toolway is a multi-level brand developer of hardware, tools, power tools, home and garden products with items available in thousands of retail locations across Canada and as such does not sell directly to the public.
Q. What if I am not a dealer and want a certain Toolway product?
A. Please contact Customer Support toll-free at 1- 800-705-4454 or firstname.lastname@example.org, we will be more than happy to assist you in locating the nearest Toolway authorized dealer.
Q. How do I create an account to become a dealer?
A. For assistance in setting up an account, please contact our Customer Support Department toll-free at 1- 800-705-4454 or fill out the online form by clicking here.
Q. Where does Toolway ship to?
A. Toolway currently ships to locations right across Canada. Standard shipping rates will apply unless otherwise specified. Orders for delivery to select remote locations can be placed through Customer Support toll-free at 1-800-705-4454 or email@example.com, where quoted shipping rates will be provided prior to order shipment.
Q. What is Toolway’s Shipping/Freight Policy?

Q. How quickly does Toolway ship out orders?
A. Toolway works hard to ship orders as quickly as possible Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. We are more than happy to assist you with any special dispensations if arrangements have been made in advance with Customer Support.
Q. What types of Shipping Charges can I expect?
A. Minimum shipping charges may apply based on such factors as location, value, and weight of the order. For a complete breakdown please refer to Toolway’s freight policy here.
Q. Can I Pick-up my order from Toolway?
A. You can pick-up your order from Toolway’s Ontario location Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm. Minimum order amounts, rush charges, order preparation time and other restrictions may apply. Please contact Customer Support for details.
Q. How can I check the status of my order?
A. If you wish to check the status of your order, you can do so by logging into your account on Toolway’s website. Once you have entered your username and password, click on Order/ Invoice Tracking under My Account. The status of your order should be displayed under the order detail section. For further assistance please contact Customer Support.
Q. How do I change/cancel my order?
A. To change or cancel your order, you must contact Customer Support immediately toll-free at 1-800-705-4454 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or cancelled. Re-stocking fees will be charged for orders which have already been picked and packed.
Q. How do I edit my contact information?
A. If you would like to change and/or update your personal information, you can do so on Toolway’s website through My Profile under My Account.
Q. How do I change my shipping address?
